As a tech company, we are always looking for ways to simplify with technology. And as a result, Adept Solutions’ Billing Department has moved to a new home--online! Now you can see your account, access your invoices and pay balances with just a few clicks in our online portal.
Each month you will receive an emailed Account Summary instead of individually emailed invoices. Click on the Go To Portal Button, on the Summary to view (and print if you prefer) your invoices. You can enter ACH or Credit Card info so you have the option to pay invoices in the portal also. The portal is PCI compliant and based on encrypted and tokenized information--making it secure. The portal requires a password, of your choosing, which adds another layer of security.
We’ve simplified terms too! All invoices are posted by the 15th of the month, and due the 15th of the following month-- with the exception of Project Invoices due upon receipt.
Why have we made these changes?

• to give you online payment options, including autopay.
