Paying someone as needed is called the “break-fix” model. This is when a provider comes to your site, fixes an issue, and sends you a bill for their work at an hourly rate. The difference between break-fix and managed include:
Some of our clients have an existing IT staff. We work with them to alleviate responsibilities so they can focus on larger projects or vice versa. From our experience, 75% of daily in-house IT work is desktop support. Working together allows them to work more efficiently, which saves your business time and money. Our plans are customizable to meet your needs.
It is impossible to deliver the best results on out-of-date equipment and software. We will develop a plan to update your equipment if necessary. An inventory of all of your hardware and software will be provided to you post assessment.
Our service agreements are based on a three-year commitment with automatic renewals, because we anticipate long-term relationships with our clients. BUT you may end the agreement at any time with a 30-day notice.
