- The physical health of our team and clients--although not completely escaping COVID infections, for the most part, our team and clients are doing well, and we are profoundly grateful for this. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to anyone who has lost loved ones to the pandemic.
- The financial health of Adept and our clients--2020 was tough on many businesses. We are grateful that we saw only one of our clients close because of the pandemic.
- Technology for remote work--our team, along with most of our clients, worked from home offices this year. We are grateful for the technology that makes remote work an option.
- Office 365--this software proved its worth to our team and clients in 2020! We relied on Teams Meetings for team conference calls and trainings with remote workers. Teams messaging was invaluable in keeping communication in real time; the collaborative software let us work together and work on any device from any location.
- Our freedom--this was an election year. We are grateful to live in a country where we can determine who our government leaders will be. We are grateful for the freedom to run a business and choose how to live our lives.
